In the event that you are not satisfied with your product and you wish to return it, simply return the UNWORN product within 10 days of receipt of your order or if you return your purchase after this period but within 28 days, you may exchange the item for other merchandise. Please always email us at service@mbtshoesale.org prior to your returns with your order number for the returning address.
You do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of returned or exchanged products. Therefore, please do not damage the goods whilst you inspect them or try them on for size. You must ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you are unhappy with.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After receiving your returned parcel, we will refund you via the original payment method used for purchase. Please be noted all returns will subject to a 15% restocking fee. Meanwhile the original shipping charges shall be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credited.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees occurred during the exchange procedure. Exchange will be processed only after the original item is received. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned. For your own protection, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method. Please attach a note with the following information:

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at our service e-mail address within 8 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Even after the 8 hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel it in time.
